For companies on this site
If your company is listed, you can claim the listing with an email at your company's domain. Claiming gives you a way to correct the record and answer reviews. It never changes how we score.
What a claimed listing can do
- Propose fact updates, each with a source we can check. We review every one; nothing is published automatically.
- Reply to reviews, with your reply dated beside the review.
- Get a link to collect reviews from your own customers or contractors. Those reviews carry a Solicited badge.
- See clicks we send you through our links, so your records and ours can be checked against each other.
What it cannot do
- Pay for a score, a rank or a label.
- Edit, hide or remove a review, including negative ones.
- Remove a sourced fact, an incident or a warning because it is unwelcome.
How we score is on the methodology page, and every commercial relationship is on disclosure. The self-serve portal opens later; until then a person handles every claim.
