Your details go only to the buyers you pick

What we collect

• Your quiz answers, such as headcount, industry and the tools you use. Without an email they only produce your matches on screen.
• Contact details you type in: your email, and on the offers form your name, company and role, plus any note you add.
• Newsletter, review and contact forms: what you enter in them.

Who we share it with

Only the buyers you pick. At the end of the quiz and on the offers form we list the buyers that match you, and you can untick any of them. If you then tick "Share my details with" followed by their names, we pass your answers and contact details to those buyers so they can contact you, and to no one else.

We keep a record of that consent: the exact sentence you saw, the buyers it named and the time you agreed. Without it, nothing is shared or passed on. We never sell your details and never share them for anyone else's marketing. A buyer that receives your details handles them under its own privacy policy.

Some buyers may pay us a referral fee if you sign with them. That never comes from you. We feature the buyers we have referral agreements with, and a fee never changes a score or a review; every relationship is on the disclosure page.

What stays in your browser

Quiz progress is saved in your own browser so you can pick up where you left off. It is cleared when you finish or choose to start over. Your cookie choice is saved the same way.

Analytics

We count visits and quiz steps with cookieless analytics, which do not identify you. Google Analytics cookies load only if you allow them in the cookie banner.

Changing your mind

Email info@trainerlist.ai to unsubscribe, withdraw your consent or have your details deleted from our records. If we already passed your details to a buyer, ask that buyer too: it holds its own copy.
